The PTA Hospitality committee, led by Sue Reilly, makes sure that our staff, administrators and students feel the warmth of southern hospitality. This committee provides a variety of snacks, lunches and special treats to members of the WES family during early release days, fun Fridays, teacher appreciation week and PTA monthly meetings.
Some of the events that the hospitality committee organize include:
- Monthly staff lunches
- School spirit day popcorn parties
- Staff appreciation week events
- Year-end staff appreciation luncheon
- Snacks for staff on early release days
- Staff birthday recognition
- Holiday staff appreciation
- Coffee, etc for PTA meetings
- Breakfast for Community Helpers Day
You can help us by donating food items. This is the perfect volunteer opportunity for those who wish to be involved in the PTA, but don’t have much volunteer time. The committee sends out Sign Up Genius request forms for specific items which can then be delivered to the front office on the day of the event. That’s it!
