This page will host all the sign up forms for volunteer efforts at WES. We are using www.signupgenius.com which allows the committee chairs and volunteers to see where help is needed quickly and easily. You will need to sign up for an account when using this website, but it is part of our initiative to ‘go green’.

Once a month, we will need 2 parent volunteers to help us make popcorn for popcorn parties. Students receive popcorn parties for their classroom participation on “School Spirit Days”. This is a great opportunity to get training on how to use the popcorn machine for your classrooms. Just sign up, if you are available to help out and/or would like to receive training on the popcorn machine.

The Weatherstone talent show is coming to the WES Gym on March 15th at 6:30 p.m. This event needs volunteers to help during the dress rehearsal on March 8th (3:45 – 6 p.m.) and the actual talent show on March 15th. We need volunteers to help with sound equipment also, so if you have any interest in electronics, now is your chance to help! This event doesn’t happen without your help behind the scenes, so get involved!

The PTA needs your help to staff the school store. The store is open EVERY Friday from 8:45 – 9:15 a.m. There are lots of kids and we need another person to help them choose their item and take money.
